“Know the truth that is deep within you! It helps to you to create everything anew.” That line feels close to home.
You can also put it really short like for example; Gnothi seauton which is a much quoted inscription on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, whose author is said to be Chilon of Sparta, one of the "Seven Wise Men". It means "Know thyself".
