Entry 1, August 30th

It's like 11 pm

I'm starting school tomorrow, I'm somewhat nervous? I mean I have to be honest I suppose. I think someone will be tasked to show me around the school and shit. Where my classes are and how to interact with teachers. Me and mom walked past the school a few times, it looks bigger than the one back at  Sollefteå. I hope my accent isn't very noticeable. I chatted with a girl at the mall, Vicky, she's American, said my accent isn't really noticeable. That's good.

Anyways, today. Today I didn't do much. I went to get groceries, mom decided to make a pie for our neighbors. The apartment complex we live in has pretty nice people, I especially like an old lady that lives across our apartment, her name is Lynja. She's like a grandma for me already.

At the grocery store there was a group of teens, they looked around my age, one had blue hair, other had green hair. Another looked kinda emo. I hope they're not from my school, they looked gay.

I like stopping and looking at the alcohol isle. I dunno who, the drinks mesmerize me. I think that'd bad. Me and Vicky want to party and drink. We like to joke around that since in some states people over 13 can get a gun, we should buy a gun and threaten a person over 21 to just buy us some beers. My dream is to try Jack Daniels. My dad used to buy it often. I think I'll miss dad, he's stick back at home, in Sweden.

Anyways, good thoughts. Tomorrow will go great. I'll make a good first impression and I won't get lost. I'll wear the coolest blue hoodie tomorrow. I'll go shoot bottles in the forest after school.
