Going out on a slight limb

So, yesterday... I decided to go out on a limb. This time trying Weight Watchers... again. I was reassessing my diet and weight loss strategy and while I was doing some research I saw how they have these 0 point foods (which are all healthy) and they give you room for breathing room called "weeklies" for random parties, weekends, weddings, etc. so you can still enjoy life and not feel restricted or deprived.

I tried WW in the past and it didn't work. I don't know if I was depriving myself and my body went into conservation mode or what but my weight didn't budge. I think it saw me eating the same stuff every day and the same amount of activity and it adjusted to it.

I had successfully lost weight in the past w/o WW. I literally worked my butt off and I was in a hot building in the summer and I was sweating like a mad-woman! I know this much and my diet was varied, mostly healthy and portioned.

This is what I need, variety and portion control... hence the points to help me out. Plus I also have a physical job. I am a Personal Shopper at Wal-Mart so I get in at least 10K steps every day that I work. This past week I've been out cause of the flu so I haven't been exercising but I've been eating lol! Boredom and stuck inside... what else is there to do? Watch movies yes, but ya know what I mean. I can work towards moving our total gym inside so I can do strength training instead of the cold garage.

$10/month until 10 months later. I think I can do this! That's not too much to ask for and not break the bank either. After that $23, not too shabby. I'm gonna give this my best shot. Even better, you even to talk to someone if you're having problems... which is something I didn't really get the last time I done WW.

Wish me luck folks! May the Force be with you all!
