does anyone else get hit really hard by games/movies/series/whatever?

in my last blog i talked abt how Class of '09 hit me really hard and made me rethink my whole life situation and stuff like that,, i was wondering if this ever happens to anyone else? like, has any piece of media ever made you try to make huuuge changes in your life? even if it seems kinda reckless but deep down you know it's right
