I have a good idea and I have the concept ready but I'm having a really hard time actually getting it done. I've been told that I'm a pretty decent writer for my age by many and I do think I have what it takes but I just don't know how to execute my idea :[
I need help on how to actually write a full story

What are you mostly having trouble with? Is it the process of actually putting it on paper/typing it out or is it coming up with the full plot (or something else)?
