Im so sad and anxious. I recently found out a very close friend of mine started cutting I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. I know she will probably keep doing it because I've already had a small conversation with her about it buy now I've seen she has more marks and I wanna burst out into tears. The other day she and her friend called me and I guess the whole time in call they had been self harming together. I really need advice from ppl who have dealt with this before.
