Haunted Places in California

I've been trying to visit haunted places in California for a while now. Mostly gone to Nevada I'm actually staying at the Mizpah hotel in Tonopah this coming weekend. If any one has any suggestions, that would be much appreciated. Have you seen anything crazy or unexplained at these locations? Even if they're not in California.
