my stalker just apologised to me for everything (not clickbait)

Had a stalker for a good year who would harass me and track my every move and make up lies about me and he finally messaged me after a good couple months silence that hes sorry for everything and that what he did was f*cked up.

I cant respond to the message rn because my brain is wanting me to be friends with him again but once im better mentally ill reply, but i do not forgive him at all.
