Why is Jackacorn Semi-Open?

I just wanna get this out so I don't have to explain it later.

The reason why I want Jackacorn to be a semi-closed species is to keep control of it. If I leave it open, people will make lore that I may not agree with, so I want to have a master list of all individual Jackacorns.

You are allowed to create your own Jackacorn, you just gotta run it by me, Bravery, so I may give it the stamp of approval and add it to the master list.
