Has any1 else here been having issues w/ the site taking longer to load even when the internet connection's fine and all?

My profile is completely blank and when I stripped my profile of all of my code and used another layout, it takes 10 seconds for the colours to load, and images wont load....... :c

me omgg, i asked my friend abt it but she said my profile looks just fine, its probably nothing that serious but its driving me insaneeee -_- i also checked my profile on my phone but its still the same, super annoying!! >;( and when i looked at someone else's profile the same thing happens..
