the school system is messed up

The school system! Ugh, where do I even start? It's like this colossal mess of outdated methods and flawed structures that just crushes creativity and individuality. I mean, seriously, it's a factory line for robotic education, churning out students who memorize, regurgitate, and forget, without a hint of genuine understanding or passion.

First off, let's talk about standardized testing. It's like the Holy Grail of the education system, but guess what? It's an absolute disaster! Students are forced to cram useless information just to ace a test, and the worst part is, it doesn't measure actual intelligence or critical thinking. No, it's just a mindless game of filling in bubbles that pigeonholes kids into neat little categories.

And don't even get me started on the one-size-fits-all approach. Every student is different, with unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. But does the system care? Nope! It's like, "Here's the curriculum, now fit yourself into this tiny box or you're a failure." Where's the room for creativity or exploration? It's suffocating!

Let's not forget the obsession with grades. Grades, grades, grades! They're like this ultimate judge of a student's worth, but in reality, they're arbitrary. They don't reflect a person's true abilities or potential. And the pressure it puts on students? It's insane! Anxiety levels through the roof, just because of a stupid letter or number.

And what about the lack of real-life skills? How is it that we spend years in school but come out clueless about taxes, finances, mental health, or basic life survival skills? The education system is failing us by not preparing us for the real world.

Don't even get me started on the lack of support for mental health. Stress levels are off the charts, and the system's like, "Here, have more homework and exams, that'll help." It's a cycle of burnout and anxiety, and it's messed up!

if you go to a project-based school theres no tests !!! other then ELA regions most of your assignments that make up your big grade are all project based, theyre called PBAT (project based assessment test). so basically everything you learn is used in the test and it helps you use critical thinking to make the project

something im doing in math right now is using polynomials to build your dream house. we've learned how to use area/perimeter with polynomials, we've learned what tax is and how to calculate it, and a few other stuff thats gonna relate to the project. even if you dont build your own house in the future your still learning about taxes, and you'll be doing renovations if you have your own place which is were the area/perimeter thing comes in ^^

even tho PBS (project based schools) might not combat the other things on this list since this is a universal problem, it definitely helps the first box of tests and curriculims ! only negative thing is if you dont join with a friend or if your not friends with anybody in your class it might be a little hard to find partners unless theyre assigned
