background-image: url('picture url') !important;
background-attachment: fixed !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
background-position: top left !important;
background-size: cover !important; }
replace the words picture url with your image link
if you want a solid color background, replace the second 'color' on the 'background-color' line
