I am horrified of chickens. I have six chickens, yet I cannot be near one without feeling a horrible sense of fear. Every time a chicken comes near me, I run away. Please, somebody tell me how to get rid of this fear. It’s worse than the soggy cheerios.

What I do is think about whether I could beat them in a fight. I'm really scared of dogs and even more so if they are small because of their temperament, but just thinking that I could beat them in a fight either by throwing them away with a flying kick or boxing them clean, I get over it.
Obviously I would never do that but it gives me confidence to be close hahaha.
