I had an utmost grand fish fact prepared for this final fact in my fish facts series, but it got caught in traffic and couldn't attend. I have, however, managed to find a substitute:
Most fish don't breathe air because they are too busy breathing water.

That's why I give fish the air experience when I can. They do excited wiggles at first, then they relax. It must be meditative for them (。^‿^。)

Oh yeah, fish are very hard working and don't get to sleep very often, so when they finally calm down they can just sleep for hours on end... they deserve the rest with how much they contribute to society in a day
