- Take a warm bath it'll help with cramps

- Always wear dark pants in case you bleed through

- You should always get an extra size bigger in pads in case you get a heavy flow

- Heating pads withh be your best friend

- Tampons does not take your virginity

- Dont be self concious about opening a pad everyone gets their period

- NEVER EVER WEAR TAMPONS TO BED!!!
