Its so easy dude, mine never got infected in hurt less than my streched ear, kind of itchy for some time buts when it heals u literally forget its there and looks cool and stuf, just use saltwater to clean it props, but ur piercer will tell all that stuff to u probs

Don't wear things that can get caught on it like fishnet gloves or anything with holes really
