am i the only one who can NOT take naps? i take too long of naps. i sleep for 6 HOURS when i nap. i can’t, but im usually so damn tired by the end of the school day. i just want to sleep T-T but i hate wasting my damn day. that’s my worst fear. i hate waking up past 12 pm on weekends because if i do, i feel like my day is ruined. but i will admit, im quite addicted to my phone, im not really going to lie. i’m just, idk im so so SO FCKIN TIRED😭

The trick to not overdo it and enjoy a good nap is to sleep no more than 25 minutes. A good nap will be around 10-20 minutes, so if you go over that you will end up in a deep sleep and feel tired.
Try setting alarms without the vibrate mode and with soft songs so you don't wake up suddenly. ( ╹▽╹ )

i’ve actually done this, while i was in summer school and driving school, i had like, an hour in between both to take a short nap, they would be around 45 minutes. but i tend to sleep through all through my alarms, especially the ones without vibration and loud sounds, cause that usually wakes me up T-T

i do, but when it comes to waking up and going to sleep, it’s all out of wack, but i mostly do the same things everyday, with school and everything, wake up, sit on my phone for around 5 minutes, get up, get dressed, brush my hair, put my earrings in, put my necklace on, put my shoes on, grab my backpack and speed to school. (i live like, 30 minutes from my school) i really do need a routine, it’s bad
