Kids in Retail

Working in retail, specifically thrift stores with a toys section, makes you realize parents suck. They have to designate people to constantly check and clean up the toys section because parents keep dumping their kids in the section and leaving them unsupervised treating both the store and the employees like a daycare. 

None of the workers are gonna look after your crotch goblin. Whatever happens to the kids is no longer the stores fault because it's not their job or responsibility to be looking after your child.

Some parents even let their kids go barefoot in the store and the kid's feet end up being literally black. Like we keep the floors clean but we aren't cleaning them 24/7. We just ensure stuff isn't on the floor and there aren't spills anywhere. If the hangers are leaving black lines on workers hands with how dirty they are, what makes you think our floors are any cleaner. 

Please pick your child up and give them shoes. And it's always the white families with nice clothes, like I know you guys aren't struggling with money so put some shoes on your damn kids!! I'm so sick and tired of that kids' section and it's not even the kids' fault. It's fully the parents fault.
