hatters gonna hate

A lot of people struggle with self-body image lately now a day's if your skinny you want to gain weight if your a bigger girl you want to lose weight . It's Alot worse now a days with social media where a lot of girls scroll on Instagram and TikTok and see all these girls with gorgeous bodies / Mostly what goes thru their minds is that why can't I look like that I hate myself i hate my body some of them starve them selfs to lose weight which it's not the case . I believe that if you want to change something for yourself do it for you and do it in a healthy way , if you believe that you want to lose weight start eating healthy , eat a lot of protein and no you do not need to starve yourself . 


There's plenty of healthy alternatives to every food if you want to eat something sweet you an eat a low calorie protein bar that's what I do to stay off unhealthy sweets like reeces or twix which I ain't gonna lie recces be bussing but in the end it ain't worth it . You can be surprised on how much you can eat with healthy foods I believe that intermittent fasting is the best way to lose weight . It means that lets say you stop eating at 6pm after that stop eating until 12 hour if you can 14 hours even better . Be sure to drink alot of water it helps if you take a teaspoon of apple cider or drink a glass of hot water with lemon it will help with bloating . Also going to the gym 4 times a week if not 3 times a week hey it's better than nothing am I right . I believe anyone can reach their goals it just takes dedication and motivation . I know this woman she used to work with me when I used to for for L.A Fitness as a sales Associate. She used to be a big girl then she decided that she wanted to make a change for herself . She started working out in 2020 by april of this year she got really fit and won a body building contest . So this a message for all my girls out there that you got this don't let anybody bring you down . 



If you guys feel bad about yourself don't everyone should be confident and if you want to change something do it for you . there's a lot of people that be depressed because someone judges they're body type , hey listen screw them. To all my girlies out there you are gorgeous a brave woman , the reason why not listen to people like that is because everyone is going to judge any body type including , big girls skinny girls and even muscular girls . If your skinny they be like ooh your too skinny you don't have anything you need to eat more  and if your a big girl they be like girl your huge quit eating too much  or if your muscular oh you look like a man no man is going to like you . Like this being said that's why you shouldn't listen to people when they judge your body type because everybody will judge any body type so hey love yourself you are perfect the way you are do not change yourself for anyone because in the end of the day nobody gives you shit they are just dumb , stupid , retarded people that don't have anything better else to do than to make fun of innocent people . 


To people that are like this and makes fun of people because of their body type this does not make you any type of a better person it makes you look like a real idiot . Instead of making fun of people you should be nice and grow up and start acting mature or be motivating instead of making fun of people motivate them and help them out . There's a lot of people that commits suicide because of this and this brings depression and anxiety you might never know what is going in this person's life . Like this being said love yourself and make a difference every body type is perfect we are all human .
