Sharks

ooga booga here are some shark fun facts bc i am bored and trying to revive my brain 🐟

- there are over 500 described species of sharks (~513) 

- there are 3 kinds of thresher sharks; the pelagic thresher shark, the bigeye thresher shark, and the common thresher shark

- they dont have swim bladders like bony fish do ! instead they have super oily livers which make them more buoyant

- sharks are cartilaginous or have skeletons made of cartilage meaning they dont have bones (don't confuse this with not having a skeleton!) 

- they cant play stardew valley :[ (this isn't really a fun fact sorry)
