Internet addiction and instant gratification.

Everybody has social media.

Everybody has social media. It's everywhere. Not many people realize how bad it is for your mental health though.

I am planning on quitting it. I am going to quit it.

I grew up with a PC placed inmy face even as an infant. I grew up with technology. At 7 i was given a smartphone and i had snapchat and musically. Then i got a better phone at 10 and got all the social media i could because it was cool and my older cousins had them.

I dont remember my childhood. I dont remember anything. Because the only thing i did was be online. I remember going to parks and mountains and beaches, but that was barely thrice a year.

I suffered an actual awakening at 13. Everything clicked. I am turning 15 after a few months.

I have 12 hours of screen time just on my phone a day. Thats insane. I hate to admit it but i struggle and im lonely, so i spend it mostly on AI apps and websites making scenarios.

I decided i need to stop. I am young and im here and i wont get to live again, so why waste my life like that? Its cruel, in a way.

Its not exactly quitting social media, because ill keep some things, but only on my laptop. I need them for school.

I have bought a GSM, a Motorola. Specific model is V3i Razr.

Like every other teenager i cannot breathe or live without music, and i have ordered an iPod too.

They're both second hand, of course. Im not rich.

I dont know if this is an interesting blog, but if i see interest, ill keep posting on it.
