☆ dinosaurs didnt actualyy roarr, theres a high chance they probably sounded a lot like crocodylians and birds for they are their closest living relatives, but some scientists argue that they might have not been able to make any sounds at all !!!
☆the patagotitan mayorum dinosaur is what is currently believed to be the largest dinosaur ever lived !!
☆dimetrodons, pterosaurs, mosasaurs and ichthyosaurs, contrary to common belief, arent actually dinosaursÂ

I love thinking about when Antarctica used to be tropical. I don't know how much digging we are doing around there but there has got to be so much left to be uncovered down there.
THIS !!!!!! i honestly wish antartica was more searched on, miost of the fossils found there were found on accident !

I'd guess the main problem is people being able to stay there for long periods of time (shipping supplies to Antarctica is difficult and very expensive). Not to mention the harsh conditions, hard to find people who want to go in the first place. Honestly it makes me wonder how robotics could help with this.

its so crazy how short of a period of time we've known abt dinosaurs in comparison with like all of human history. like for most of human history we've not known abt pretty much any kind of prehistoric animals.
so real ! times were a lot different back then and a lot of people probably did have struggles accepting that humans weren't the first beings in history so ig that definetely contributes to it, its still super interesting though !!
