happy new years (copynpaste from my lj)

i havent posted anything on here in a minute,, anyways i spent six days in nola (new orleans) and I really loved it. thats where my family is from, i lived there for a minute when i was a baby but moved back after a while,, im moving back there in a few years anyways so thats cool maybe three. my dad fixed gumbo like he does every year and it was rly good of course, we had king cake too and i hung out with family i hadnt seen in years but most importantly i hung out with my older sister and my other sister it was super funny i was with my little sister and older brother we all had a lot of fun,, i seriously love it down there a lot sometimes it feels more like home than here. anyways i finally got a cd player for christmas!! i got more cds down there too at peaches (de la soul, eryka badu, foo fighters, nirvana, gorillaz) all artists i grew up with lol. i have a lot more cds already too i should do a little tour maybe, anyways its technically a boombox which is super cool it has a built in radio, cassette player, and an aux its so awesome and it must have been hella expensive ty mama,, from my dad for christmas i got that donkey kong lego set, stranger things transformers van, and two shirts (tmnt and mcr) i think its all sick im rly excited to mess with the lego set and transformers van. honestly my new years resolution is to get better but its not really a "new years" resolution cuz ive been doing that all year for the past like two years, who knows man. alsoooo my ipod came YAY i still have to download songs to it but ive been playing the games on it and listening to the radio on it since i got it yesterday lol. im also getting a job soon time is flying by crazy fast. again happy new years to whoever reads this i hope ur 2024 is a good year :)
