life recently

turning 18 soon. my last appointment with my camhs worker (uk term for therapy) is literally a few days be4 my bday. ill be moved over to adult services and prolly be treated like shit. fr makes me so fucking angry, all adult services do is see you in a psychotic state and do nothing but put u in a hospital bed... so cringe lol
