Ingredients ✭
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of corn starch
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla {can add more if wanted you can never add "too much" vanilla}
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 teaspoon of salt
unsalted butter (NOT melted leave it at room temp when you put it into the batter)
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
Extra stuff you could add into them if you'd like too (adds more flavor into the cookie)
A spoon full of honey in the batter
1/2 cups pf white chocolate chips
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
Bake at 375°F
For 13-15min (also depends on the size of the cookies)
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
Take two mixing bowls
In the 1st bowl you'd add the flour, salt and baking soda mix it all up, in the 2nd you'd put the blueberries, sugar, and the teaspoon of vanilla. When you mix it all up make sure to be careful so you don't mess the blueberries up (unless you don't mind the cookie looking more purple etc)
After all that you'd wanna pour the 2nd bowl into the 1st and mix them all together before adding the unsalted butter, eggs and the corn starch. Add the extra stuff now if you'd like into the mix before mixing it all together.
How i place the cookies into the baking pan i take normal spoon and the wooden one and scoop the dough with the normal one to get the size and use the wooden one to scrap it off, or just use your hands if the dough is sticky, wash your hands (your hands should already be washed before you do anything tho) and rub some butter on it to help with keeping your hands non stickable, it should also help a lil with keeping the cookie from sticking to the pan)
I hope you enjoy them this was the 1st time i ever posted a recipe since a lot of my irl friends love eating the cookies i bake for them
