I found my new favorite pair of jeans from a thrift store and it cheered my up a lot after receiving from bad news.

basically yesterday morning my family and I went to go to a thrift store that has almost everything 50 percent off along with some family members from Mexico. The line was long but fortunately where we're at, we were somewhere in the middle when my sister got the news from my cousin that her apartment door was left open and her two kittens aren't in the place :( I was extremely sad about the news cause I LOVED her kittens meanwhile my sister was mad asf cause she knew that my cousin's roommate or their sister was behind it all. When the store opened and the people went crazy, I was excited but I was still sad about the news until when I was going through the jeans that were in my size and I managed to score some cute jeans and a couple of other ones in different sizes until I found a pair that stood out to me. You see, the jeans that stood out to me were from a 2000s brand called Baby Phat and the stitching of the pair were pink, one Baby Phat logo on one of the back pockets with the brand's logo on their button thing where the zipper is, man I wish I can  attach a photo of them on here but I can't since I'm typing this on my laptop but back to the story. I was SOOOO ESTATIC when I found them along with some Miss Me jeans and other good brands, with the jeans I got some cute ass tops with some cheetah print incorporated into them and I LOVEEEEE them. With my items along with the rest of my family's, it costed my dad(since he was paying) like $201. Despite the terrible news, all it took was one pair of Baby Phat jeans to enlighten my mood.
