"European fishing"

If you were on the internet for some time you probably came across the term "asian fishing", it basically means that a person tries to act and be like an asian. Its mainly used in the makeup community so I would like to go through why this term is useless and just plain dumb

1, Make-up style ≠ asian fishing

2, Asians trying to have European features

1. In mainly Japan and Korea the popular makeup style can be described as soft, big eyed, and pale skinned which definitely also describes whats attractive there by many men and women. Due to Internet many people can experience parts of other cultures, while in this case other races trying out this make-up style. People say its asian fishing, but in reality, (2.) the make-up style has big eyes (european feature mainly), thin and button up nose (some parts of Europe), double eyelids ( asians can also have double eyelids but the shape of how the eye comes out after the makeup seems european rather than asian) Does this mean its "European fishing", no, the term is made up and stupid and I also dont say that people who will next to the makeup or without it will try to lie that they are asian or try to force themselves in a culture is valid. I just think that a makeup style should be chained to a nationality or race in todays age, with internet. Let people experiment and try out new styles, it wont change their race.
