honestly even though many songs have a negative narrative . alot of times u feel what the singer feels. i think its important to be able to connect with those emotions ur having. its okay to not be okay yk? having ur negative emotions all bottled up is not healthy at all, and i learned that the hard way lol. so having that like "release" like feeling could help you alot mentally. like one of those good cries to like marvins room or matt maltese LMAO.
