I can just tell by the box that splat is up to no good lmfao,surprised to hear that Manic Panic is bad though. I thought it's one of those things where it's not good but not bad.
manic panic isn't bad! i actually really enjoy it because the color is so vibrant and fades really nicely. i guess it depends on the color but i can totally recommend atomic turquoise :3
i've also heard that more conditioner based dyes like manic panic and arctic fox don't work as well for people who don't bleach or take really good care of their hair (like not washing in cool/cold water).
