New profile picture + a trip down memory lane

I like to draw a new profile picture every year to show how much I have improved and I been doing it for quite a while now so I thought I would share all of them. in case it isnt obvious I was a huge club penguin fan and thats what I based my profile pictures around.

2018

This is the year I started drawing digitally. Back then it was just a blue penguin, no clothes.He is blue since thats my favorite color. Just a lighthouse in the background. I kept this one for 2 years since I honesty didnt improved that much during those 2 years.

2020

this is the first instance of my penguin having clothes. its supposed to represnt me. thats why it has brown hair and glasses. a light green shirt since thats my second favorite color. a smiley face since I try to be mostly postive all of the time. for the background he is on a iceberg with just a few clouds.

2021

this time he is just sitting. No backgrounds as I realized I just suck at then lol. The body shape is more defined. Honestly not that much different from 2020.

2022

I honesty wasn't gonna draw one for 2022 but this was the year where I began to take art very seriously. I also didnt drew this one in Janaury I actually drew it in April lol. the background is supposed to represent that design that were in 90s plastic cups. I just find it cool lol. I also began to not color in the glasses as I saw that's what many people do and I gotta say it looks a whole lot better lol
