Drawing is staring at me

Does anyone else wait to draw the pupils of the eyes on drawings because they feel like the drawing is staring at them draw

 i do (bad) realism but i feel like there is a human watching my every move and sometimes it goes the opposite way and i feel bad bcs now the drawing is blind i think i should just start drawing with their eyes closed(o_o)
