Japanese Society

I saw a video today about how in Japan you can leave a 1000 yen on the sidewalk and nobody will take it.

That is normal, we should not have to live in a society where that is uncommon. The only reason why we can't have unlocked public toilets, bicycles left unattended without a lock, etc. Is because it would be seen as racist.
