Goodbye 2023...

I'm sitting here in my room rocking out to MCR and celebrating 2024, or "ThE NeW YeaR"... Which I don't really understand why people are making such a big deal about because really, one more year is one more year that everyone's closer to death... whatever. suit yourself, humanity.

(if you understood that one, congratulations.)

In all seriousness...

Yet another year goes by just like that. It's crazy. It feels even less real because this past week I had to be sick and miss Christmas on the 25th...

I'm just about lucky enough to be able to say bye to 2023. I'm trying to come to terms with it in the few hours that I have, but I can't help but mourn it. I had so many plans, and I really felt like this year was infinite, that it will last forever. Not because it was the most amazing year, but rather because of the expectation that it could be. 

But hey, I didn't say it wasn't quite the blast. 

Things did change. Not to mention I returned to this site once again, I met most of you guys just this year! And I could not be happier about it. I sincerely thank you guys for making my year. Before, I never used to be so excited to come home and log on like I do now because of you all. You're all on other sides of the world, and yet you played quite a big part.

So, Happy New Year everybody! I wish you all a wonderful year ahead. It will not suck.
