need advice(rant|possibly tmi) pls help

so there is this girl i really really like, she liked me first im in love with her, she said shes in love with me, we where together in a residential program, followed eachother around, would sneak into rooms just to kiss, and had just so many memories. basically, i had gotten realeased, and was alone for a while, living at my grandmothers, close to her. when she got out she came over and we saw eachother,  and i was ssosososo happy. we ended up hooking up too, we had planned to hangout again that week, she canceled, another week, canceled, another canceled. cancel, cancel.  she started to stop texting me, leaving me on delivered, alott. and she knows i dont have anyone to talk to as well really. i kinda confrounted her saying that i missed her, and kinda hurts my feelings she never texts me, i mean she said she loved me. and she responed saying she was extremly sorry, and shes been 'distanceing herself'. i explained i understand, and i care and love her no matter what, and its okay. after that she ghosted me agin, but worse, i texted her and she was like "im really stressed, my girtlfreind is mad about family stuff (p.s she is non monagomous like poly, her girlfreind knows and im okay with that.) , a toxic freind just said something really worrysome to me." ect and i comfortyed her, then she ghosted me again. then she just plain stopped texting me after that, she texted me one time for, n00dles. she says she loves me and im so so so happy, she makes me so in love, happy. but then leaves me alone in  the dark supposedly not on perpoce. is she using me? if not what can i do to help someone who is distanceing themself? the worst part is that im leaving this city to my hometown, she knows i wanted to see her before i leave,she said she wanted to as well. im leaving next week. shes ghosting me, i invited her to a newyears concert line up, she asked for the info then started to talk ab where she was outta no where then i said i was happy for her that she was having a good time. i have nobody else to spend new  years with, she knows that. i dont wanna spend new years alone again. but also like, what even are we? we havent asked eachother to be gf and partner yk? anyways, what do you guys think is happening?
