the cycle of creative stagnation

the way my brain tends to work really annoys me. i go for relatively long periods of time creatively spent, with any attempt to make anything failing, to then working in quick and intense bursts where ill record and write a ton and make art but in very short and inconsistent periods of time. i love creating and i wish i was capable of doing it more having the discipline to get something out, i guess. it's especially frustrating with longer term projects, where i might not finish something by the time that "burst" is over and when the time comes when im ready to work it again im either uninterested or it ends up being completely different from what i initially intended. i dont really have a point or conclusion to this

i wanna make a new neocities page for my music primarily. that or just scrap my old page entirely. it's full of half-finished crap and i just always struggled to figure out what to put on it
