Ever think about how the Mona Lisa isn't really smiling?

I mean, look at her. Everything else about her face would indicate she's smiling, her eyes and cheeks especially. But her mouth is just a straight line. There's only an implication of joy there, but it's a joy you feel so deeply once you see it in person.

Which is to say, ^_^ is the modern Mona Lisa.
