Hypersexuality isn't some quirky thing that you are because you're a hormonal teenager. It's a genuine trauma response from sexual assault. I've seen SO many people on here (13-15yo's especially) proudly stating that they're hypersexual which????? idk it also just irks me because there are FREAKS online like. actual weirdos. who want to hurt younger people and them seeing a literal middle schooler/early high schooler loudly proclaim that they're hypersexual and make PUBLIC blog posts about being horny or whatever it is literally so easy for them to just. hop in and act like they're also a child and the rest is self explanatory. IDK what else to add really, but it just irks me.

young people or people under 18 specifically talking about sexual acts and shit is just weird in general, like you're far too young to be discussing that type of stuff with strangers online
True! If you're in a space that you know is filled with other people your age is one thing, but the amount of blogs I've seen that is a 15 year old talking about how horny they are/sexual stuff they've done is absurd. Do they not teach internet safety anymore???

HONESTLY!! Also spreading that information when you're at a young age like mine (I'm 15) could get you in some BAD situations (especially grooming) cause horrible people out there WILL take advantage of young people and putting stuff like that out there only makes you more vulnerable to predators out there :(

It *can* be caused by mania, and other things iirc but im not exactly sure. i do know that its mostly associated with sexual trauma
