What Was Camp Lucky Loch?

Currently, our main mission is to explore the decrepit and abandoned remains of a once-summer-camp called "Camp Lucky Loch" found in our hometown.  It's a location that has fascinated us for a long time, especially because of its deep history with wshf aol nhtl.  Many of the files in our records relating to the camp have either been damaged beyond legibility or completely destroyed, so what happened out in those woods is as much of a mystery to us as it is to anyone else. 

The camp was originally opened in 1956 by Lochlan Harrell, who had bought the land for a hefty sum several years prior. Even in its early years the camp was plagued with misfortune, leaving a winding trail of accident reports and lawsuits in its wake.  The safety of the camp seemed to improve after being sold to Beatrice and Jerry Reid in 1971, until the summer of 1982, where zl̵̩̅l p̷̤̋a av̵͙̍ ̷̤̃p̷̗̂a̸͚͝z̵ ̴͈̈́l̶̦̔u̶k̶̪̿.̷̥͊ ̸

Our current goal is to explore as much of the campgrounds as possible over the course of several days, potentially camping in the woods & taking with us ample supplies/weaponry on the chance that we run into something unsavory. We will document our findings and update here as we gain more information. We hope this will be the first of many explorations recorded on this blog.
