Note: conversion to grams may be slightly inaccurate, would recommend doing your own research to be sure.
Ingredients:
½ (120g) cup of butter
1 cup cocoa powder
½ (75g) cup flour
2 eggs
dash of chili powder (optional)
bit of milk
¼ (52g) cup packed brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. (30-45g) powdered sugar
chocolate chunks (frozen) (measure with your heart, this isn't a diet plan)
Oven temp: 360°f (180°c)
1. Melt your butter (if done in a microwave, do it in bursts because otherwise the butter may explode) and mix in a few of your chocolate chunks. Not all, but just enough to make it a nice dark brown color.
2. Add your cocoa powder to the butter mixture to bloom, this will help release flavor. mix until smooth.
3. Add your brown sugar and mix thoroughly until mostly dissolved. Add powdered sugar and chili powder and do the same.
4. mix in the eggs until smooth
5. Add flower and milk (milk can be used to make mixing easier)
6. Add in the rest of your chocolate
7. bake for 40-50 minutes in preheated oven and let cool
