i hate going outside,, i have no social life

i never leave my room, i dont talk to people irl, i hate socializinngggg i hate it sm but at the same time im jealous of people who have friends irl and go to places and have fun,, basically living their teenage years,, while i rot in my room and do nothing all day.... being a shut in isnt nice :/
