Something’s missing

i haven’t been all there lately and i’m not sure why. nothings changed but inside it feels like something is not quite right. i cry a lot now. i think it’s okay

I find getting out of my own head works wonders for my mental health.

Maybe try being around other people more? Drink water, sleep a lot, don't forget to eat.

thank you lol but i’ve tried a lot of that and the only thing that helps is playing sports but i’m currently in my off season so there’s not much i can do abt it :,)
