christmas to new years weird time is irrelevant wormhole?

since christmas i've been sat rotting away just sleeping and eating and listening to music and i looked at the calendar and its the 29th now like wth it feels like only 2 days have passed or something i also thought its monday for some reason i love this week of the year its probs one of the best just because you can be lazy and rot away and eat truckloads of food and no one will say anything bc everyone is doing it. do you guys do anything out of the ordinary around this time or do something more than you would within a normal week compared?
