Not every game/device will be perfect at launch

I have been seeing posts on Facebook and other sites complaining that a game is slow or there is bugs and other problems even on new devices. I saw some complained that new devices and games should be perfect with no problems at launch.

Sorry, that's not going to be the case. Unless you have a time machine to travel far into the future, your going to experience bugs, glitches, slow framerate, and more. I have Cyberpunk 2077 which at launch had so many bugs that is was unplayable. After several updates, it improved the performance a bit. Three days ago I got Shin Megami Tensei V and loving it. People complained that it's slow on the switch and demanded it on the Playstation and PC. 9 out 10, they'll complain even on there. What's bad is that people go as far as threats which I find disgusting and upsetting that people will go that far.
The Production and budget for it can only go far.
I wish people realize that nothing is going to be perfect first try and that is why companies will provide updates to improve the game/device.

nobody is demanding perfection. It's an unfortunate fact that a lot of software and hardware coming out today is rushed & half-baked. I don't think resentment for "we'll just fix it later" developer attitudes is at all entitled. If I pay for something, it should work 99% of the time.

often the anger is *misguided.* with many half-baked games, the fault usually lies on publishers pressuring developers, but the anger isn't unjustified
