Hi, guys!
I was raised Evangelical, but have lost my faith. It's difficult, because of my family (all of them are very devoted to the church). I'm now reading the free PDF of a book (“Liberated from Religion”, by Paulo Bitencourt), which is helping me a lot!
Do any of you have problems with believing too?

i have problems with believing but that fear of the church and god is still a prevalent one despite my parents not being strict with the church, they're heavy on believing god and his words or whatnot but not the church. that sort of instills a strong fear in me despite not believing in anything really.

If you don't think religion is the way you have the right to believe that and your family SHOULD respect it. Nobody can't force you into anything. Religion is bs anyway.

I'm now reading Paulo Bitencourt's second book, “Wasting Time on God”, whose PDF can also be download for free (made available by the author himself). It's such a liberating book! All Evangelicals should read it.
