Hi you guys :3 so I was wondering how you all make such pretty themes !! I wanna make either a frutiger aero or blue edgy-ish (ew lol) one but I don’t know web dev so xp
I also don’t wanna take someone else’s theme either since I want it to me mine yk? Such a struggle
But I like everyone’s themes that I’ve seen so far :D

it's largely CSS, which is easy to grasp fundamentally (thinking very literally & organising every element of a page), but it can be done in HTML as well.
Ok! I’ll do some research :)
