Dwarf Fortress Status Update #2

Wrote this all as it was happening.

About fifteen different dwarves got into a bar fight and three of them died while the rest are hospitalised and there's not enough beds so two of them are literally sleeping in the doorway, meanwhile some random guy decided that would be the perfect time to tell the story of some dwarven queen right outside, and then one of my doctors got beaten right in the hospital before being taken to be jailed for starting the fight. 

There's a skeleton in one of the hospitalised dwarves' beds and one of the doctors started "socialising" in an empty room while the others bumbled around doing nothing, and now the chief medical dwarf has decided to teach a surgeon how to diagnose patients while another dwarf who needs surgery has been waiting for at least a day now,  and there's just this random pig in the hospital for no reason.

Only two or three of the doctors are actually helping right now and the rest are all "socialising" or hauling random gems from the bottom of the earth up to the jeweler's shop even though we don't need them, and now most of the work is being done by dwarves who aren't even doctors and I'm sure it'll be fine but this is madness.

On top of all of this, I still haven't figured out how to fix the infestation of monsters in the fortress's caverns, the fact that half the food supply is going rotten in the kitchen, or how the fortress is literally right on top of an active volcano.

Oh, but I did manage to rescue that trapped lady from earlier.
