plspls give me advice 4 this

so im 14 rn and in hispanic culture when you become 15 u have this big party called a quincenera but my parents want to instead have a little one and go on vacation. the thing is, i really dont want this bc its a once in a lifetime party and its a big part of my culture plus ive dreamed of this since i was a kid. if anyone knows how to approach my parents about this please let me know.
