how do i fully customize my profile =(

I just made my account abt yesterday and ive been researching on how to like fully customize my acc and im not really familiar with coding n stuff idk and all the tutorials are like from two years ago and like i only got the layout down but i wanna make my own layout but idk how SOMEONE PLSHELP
