autism powers

is this just me or does anyone else hate the thought of their hyperfixation dying down? i remember about a year ago i was TERRIFIED of losing my interest in eddsworld, and the thought of me ever becoming uninterested in homestuck or foo fighters or gorillaz makes me really upset???? i dont really know how long hyperfixations are supposed to last, my gorillaz one first started when i was in 5th grade and lasted until i was in 7th, went away, and then it came back briefly a couple of months ago so i think that one has lasted the longest. i would say it's just a regular interest of mine now/?? maybe??? if someone brings it up in front of me or asks me to explain the lore you KNOW im gonna infodump so idk what to categorize it as and if i dont put labels on things i go insane   pleas help
