miraculous season 5

i know i said i'd be talking about video games and i haven't even talked much about music yet, but i also like tv a lot as well! as you can read in the title, i will be talking about season 5 of miraculous in this post. like all of my posts, this will contain spoilers so please stop reading if you don't want to know what happens in season 5!!!

i know it came out a while ago, but i just finished season 5 the other day, and holy shit there is a lot to talk about! if you've seen season 5, it's clearly the most intense/story-heavy season of miraculous and has to be my favorite. i remember in the past, sometimes i would skip the fight scenes just so i could get more story, and for a while, it was pretty still. i remember there were definitely very interesting episodes in the past, but nothing like season 5. i think the first thing i wanna talk about is luka.

LUKA IS FUCKING AMAZING!!! i love him so much!!! i honestly love marinette and adrien's relationship, but i would 1000% pick luka if i was her. he is the real hero!!! i love how he is always there to help others, he is so kind and caring! he is super intuitive and knows all lol. the part where he called ladybug marinette was so shocking haha! i can't imagine how he must feel knowing adrien/cat noir and marinette/ladybug are literally perfect for each other. he is always there for others, but is my boi okay??? i love sweet luka so much i hope he's good lol, he needs someone to be there for him. i understand marinette is there for him, but she mainly goes to him for her problems with adrien. he hasn't shown much vulnerability around her. i was so sad when luka left, but when i saw him return in the finale it was nice. i love how his parents are finally starting to get along and things are looking good for his life, especially his dad wanting to be apart of it more :')

i also want to talk about kagami! i love her so much too!!! my heart aches for her :((( poor kagami is so sweet, she just wants love and happiness. her and felix are cute. i hate how similar he looks to adrien though. it feels kinda weird, she liked adrien now shes going for basically an adrien clone. when you see him in season 5 he is mainly in his miraculous oufit, so it's easier to differentiate him, but still. i think it explained it in the past, but i am a bit confused on how her mother got involved with gabriel's plan. if someone could refresh me or tell me about that it would be appreciated! i am pretty sure kagami is a sentimonster, so what's up with her mom? i love her so much, i was devastated when i saw her in the padded cell. she deserves the world <3

adrien and marinette get together in season 5. their relationship is cute. however like rose said, it's INFURIATING. i think adrien is a sentimonster as well. everytime they were about to kiss or do something romantic he would dodge it. at first it was marinette, because of her being herself, but eventually adrien started turning away from her slightly, and even had a hallucination of his father. i believe his father is controlling him to not be with marinette, which makes sense. i really just want them to be happy. when adrien gets sent away to london, marinette chases him at the airport. i love how supportive his body guard is! they finally kissed and i almost cried LOL it was so magical but it was soooo sad how they were literally pulled apart i wanted to bawl my eyes out :((( even though they're obviously the same person, I MISS LADYNOIR </3 THEIR DYNAMIC WAS MY FAVORITE!!! the passion and flirting was EVERYTHING. 

when gabriel gets his wish, he dies to be with emelie, but then everything on earth is just normal??? i am very confused with this. they made it seem like it was extremely damaging if gabriel made a wish. they made it sound like the world was going to be destroyed and recreated, basically wiping out all of humanity, or so i thought. if anything, things seem a lot BETTER without gabriel. we wouldn't have an evil villain akumatizing people anymore, adrien would have more freedom, and such. i am aware lila got ahold of the butterfly miraculous, and will probably be the new villain, but how did ladybug and catnoir get their miraculouses back??? also if the universe was recreated wouldn't they all be wiped out??? 

i can't wait to see season 6 when it comes out! i heard somewhere there's only 2 seasons left, i'm not exactly sure how true that is, but if it is true, i will be very sad when miraculous ends of course but i am sure it will be an insanely good ending!
